Collection, Use & Disclosure
CTA complies with all requirements of the Privacy Act 1988 (as amended), including the Australian Privacy Principles.  CTA collects only personal information necessary to enable us to service existing and potential clients in an efficient and effective manner.  All information collected is used only for the purpose for which it is collected.  From time to time we may let you know about news or products you might be interested in.  If we do, we will provide a simple opt out mechanism. 

We do not collect sensitive information.  We do not utilise contracted out services that involve disclosing any personal information.  Nor do we send any information overseas.  Our web site does not collect any information about visitors to the site.

The types of information collected, and their uses are:

INFORMATION USE DISCLOSURE
For client contacts:
Names, titles, addresses, email addresses and contact phone numbers.  
Client management, and related job management such as billings, tenders and newsletters to clients. No third party disclosure.
For potential clients and other industry organisations: Potentially names, titles, addresses, email addresses and contact phone numbers. Newsletters relating to product offerings and business solutions. No third party disclosure.


Access to Your Personal Information
Initial requests for access to your personal information should be made to: privacy@ctalliance.com.au.  Following the initial request for access, full details of your personal information held will be made available in person.  Appropriate proof of identification will be required prior to release of personal information.

CTA does not charge for access to personal information.

Correction Mechanism
If you believe our personal information holdings are not correct, please initially email us at privacy@ctalliance.com.au with the details of the error.  Following the provision of appropriate evidence supporting the requested correction, we will immediately amend our data holdings. 

Removal Mechanism
Should you at any time wish to be removed from our database, please send an email to privacy@ctalliance.com.au with the word ‘remove’, and your name in the subject line.
